We want to ensure that customers buy equipment suitable for their needs - our Sale Or Return policy helps ensure customer satisfaction. ALL WE ASK IS... that in return, customers do not use our Sale Or Return service as a method of obtaining equipment for special occasions at no cost.
Ordering PA systems in time for the school production and returning it to us just a few days later is not welcome, especially since we build to order. Genuine customers suffer as a result of this type of abuse.
The vast majority of our equipment is sold into the education sector. We expect teachers and teaching support staff to set a good example, otherwise what hope is there for the world.
