Sale or Return
Are you worried about purchasing the right equipment for your needs? Our SALE OR RETURN policy allows you to examine and test equipment on your premises - without fuss, pressure or obligation.
Before you read on though, you might like to CLICK HERE and read our conditions!
- Choose the model required.
- Phone us to check that it is suitable for your requirements. Make a note of the person you speak to!
- Send us your order clearly marked SALE OR RETURN, quoting the name of the person you spoke to.
- We despatch the product to your school.
- Test the model at your leisure and in-situ.
- If you like it - keep it - pay for it.
- If you don't like it phone and tell us the reason. It may be that it is not the best model for your requirements and we can offer advice. It is possible that it has been damaged in transit or that it has developed a fault.
If you are still not satisfied after talking to us, we will arrange collection. All you have to do is put it back in the original packaging, write our reference number on the box and we will collect it AT OUR EXPENSE.

Terms & Conditions
- Policy covers UK mainland only.
- The 10 day Sale or Return period begins from the date the goods are despatched. An invoice will be raised and dispatched on the same day. Payment becomes due 10 days later. IF NOT SATISFIED PLEASE PHONE US BEFORE THE 10 DAY PERIOD EXPIRES. We will otherwise assume that you wish to keep and purchase the equipment.
- Until payment is received, any equipment supplied and not paid for remains the property of Coomber Electronic Equipment Limited.
- We never supply equipment without instructions! Any damage caused by misuse must be paid for.
