HOW TO ORDER We take orders by post, fax, phone or e-mail We can now also accept orders via OPEN, 'the marketplace for schools'. OPEN is a UK government project developed to make procurement simpler and more straightforward for schools in England and Wales. We will deliver to UK state schools on account only upon receipt of an order on an official school letterhead (via post or fax), or raised through the OPEN network. An invoice will be dispatched under separate cover at the same time that the goods leave our premises. PAYMENT BECOMES DUE ONE MONTH FROM THE INVOICE DATE. Please remember that we build to order. At times of high demand there may be a delay before we can manufacture and ship goods to you. We are happy to supply to anyone, anywhere in the world but please note that prices on this website do not include VAT or delivery charges. If you wish to confirm these prior to ordering please contact us. We can take credit card details by post, fax or phone only - but not via e-mail. If you send us your details by e-mail, it will be entirely at your own risk! DELIVERY AND VAT Delivery In th UK, delivery of equipment is normally undertaken by our designated courier and charges are based on the weight of equipment and its packaging. Check with our sales office when ordering to confirm the cost of delivery. VAT VAT is chargeable at the rate set by the UK Governmant. The current rate (as on 7th March 2005) is 17.5% and is applicable to all UK sales. VAT is also charged on post and packing costs. Our VAT registration number is GB 661 5363 37.
