- SOME THINGS THAT MAY AFFECT YOUR WARRANTY...
- Swimming Pools
- Swimming pool atmospheres are very hostile to all electro-mechanical equipment (e.g. steel rusts and rubber perishes).
- Equipment returned for repairs showing evidence of use in adverse environments may, at our discretion, be charged for even during the 12 month warranty period.
- If you wish to use Coomber equipment in such an environment, please discuss this when ordering, since we can take steps to diminish such damage and obviate warranty problems.
-
- User Serviceable Parts
- Coomber equipment contains no user serviceable parts and should only be dismantled by competent qualified personnel.
- Always return faulty products to Coomber Electronic Equipment Ltd (or to our designated agent) for repair.
- Dismantling any product will invalidate the warranty.
-
- Earth Bond Testing
- We are unable to accept responsibility for damage caused to equipment due to the inappropriate use of earth bond safety test equipment.
-
- Misuse & Modifications
- Any modifications to equipment, or signs of misuse, renders our warranty void.
-
- Security Marking
- Equipment that has been security marked cannot under any circumstances be exchanged.
