Returns

Very occasionally, Coomber equipment may need to be returned to us - usually via a courier service. In that instance it is best to return it carefully packed in its original box, making use of the packing materials supplied.

If the original box and packing has been thrown away please take care repacking the item. Remember that the unit will go through several pairs of hands before it reaches it's final destination. We are unable to take responsibility for damage caused to equipment due to inadequate packing.

To guard the unit against damage:-

  • screw up sheets of newspaper and line the base of a suitably sized strong cardboard box
  • fit the unit into the box and pack around the edge with more scrunched up newspaper so that the unit cannot easily be moved.
  • Cover the top with more scrunched up newspaper before carefully securing the lid of the box.

A few old copies of the Sunday Times may be adequate, but you will need a lot of paper.
