If your Coomber PA includes a receiver...
...you only need to purchase:-
  • a handheld radio mic, or
  • a lapel or headband mic and bodypack.

Note: The frequency of the mic or bodypack must match the frequency of the receiver. The receiver frequency will be marked on the Coomber PA equipment.

If your Coomber PA doesn't have a built-in receiver...
...you can still use a radio mic system by purchasing a "Diversity" radio Mic package.

Notes on Frequency
You can't run two radio mics on the same frequency - they won't work properly. Bear this in mind when ordering, particularly if you are already running a radio mic system.
Coomber frequencies include
173.8 MHz
174.1 MHz
174.5 MHz
175.0 MHz
Our standard frequency (supplied unless you request otherwise) is 175.0 MHz.
You can use a Diversity system with an existing radio mic PA - so long as it is of a different frequency. This means that you can have multiple radio mics operating at one time.
