Fixed Price Servicing

All Coomber equipment is covered by a twelve month warranty covering defective parts and manufacture. Our online shop offers the option to increase this to three years.

If your Coomber is no longer covered by the warranty and has developed a fault or has been damaged accidentally or otherwise we are still able to help.

Our Fixed Price Servicing removes any uncertainty helping you budget and know exactly what it is going to cost even before we collect your Coomber.

Simply call 01905 342070 or email service@coomber.co.uk with your serial number and description of fault and we can advise you which service would be most appropriate.

Collect and Assess – £45.00
• We will collect your Coomber for assessment.
• We will offer you a quotation for the work to be carried out.
• Choose to have the work done, opt for the return of your Coomber or use it as a trade in for a discount of a new model.
• Ideal service for older units.
• The cost includes collection, redelivery, packaging and handling through our factory.

Basic Service – £60.00
We will check, service and set up:-
• All sound quality – recording & playback
• All control functions, buttons, switches and knobs
• All connections
• Safety of the appliance – P.A.T. test
• Cleanliness and aesthetic damage – feet, hooks and handles
• Fully retest every function of the unit
• Repack
• Deliver to you on the date you request

Single CD Service - £95.00
We will check, service and set up:-
• All sound quality – recording & playback
• All control functions, buttons, switches and knobs
• All connections
• Safety of the appliance – P.A.T. test
• Cleanliness and aesthetic damage – feet, hooks and handles
• CD mechanism
• Fully retest every function of the unit
• Repack
• Deliver to you on the date you request

Dual CD Service - £130.00
We will check, service and set up:-
• All sound quality – recording & playback
• All control functions, buttons, switches and knobs
• All connections
• Safety of the appliance – P.A.T. test
• Cleanliness and aesthetic damage – feet, hooks and handles
• CD mechanisms
• Fully retest every function of the unit
• Repack
• Deliver to you on the date you request

Full Rebuild - £175.00
We will check, service and set up:-
• All sound quality – recording & playback
• All control functions, buttons, switches and knobs
• All connections
• Safety of the appliance – P.A.T. test
• Cleanliness and aesthetic damage – feet, hooks and handles
• Structural damage up to a full cabinet replacement.
• CD mechanisms
• Fully retest every function of the unit
• Repack
• Deliver to you on the date you request

Prices exclude VAT.

We will need you to securely box your Coomber ready for courier collection but please take a note of the serial number before you do so. Please click here for hints and tips on how to package your Coomber securely.

Please note that we may have to charge you for any damage sustained in transit as a result of insufficient packaging, please refer to item 6 of our returns policy. We reserve the right to contact you to obtain your agreement to proceed should the received Coomber’s fault not match that which was reported.
