From the rugged ABS plastic and aluminium enclosure through to the class-facing speakers the 3320 Series CD player has been designed with both the teacher and students in mind. This thoughtful design is also apparent after use when the ABS sides double up as a cable-wind and allow the CD player to be stored on its side reducing storage space.
When placed on the desk the front-loading CD tray takes audio CDs and is CD-R and CD-RW compatible. The large buttons are easy to use and the angled display easy to read. Digital controls include volume, balance, bass, treble and mid.
Cue-review mode allows the audio of the CD to be quickly scanned back and forth. This makes it easy to quickly jump backwards or forwards to listen again or skip sections. This is a great feature for music and language tuition.
The rear panel has a 3.5mm stereo jack input so the 3320 Series can amplify external devices such as an MP3 player. Alongside are 6 headphone sockets. 5 student sockets allow personal listening without muting the speakers. Insertion of headphones into the master socket mutes the loudspeakers.
